Discover meAfter graduating from the prestigious Ecole de sommellerie de Beaune in 1992, I decided to create a sales agency specializing in export and consulting. On behalf of my clients, I set out to discover new terroirs throughout Europe and in most wine-producing countries in the world. In 1996 I met François Mauss, a man passionate about wine and gastronomy, and that same year, I had the chance to become the sommelier of the famous group of tasters, the "European Grand Jury" (from 1996 to 2010) with members such as as Michel Bettane, Bernard Burtschy, Philippe Bourguignon...
During all these tasting sessions I was able to taste most of the greatest wines in the world which have unfortunately become almost impossible to find and unaffordable today! Since 2010 I have been taking part as tasting manager in one of the most prestigious events in the wine world, the VILLA D'ESTE WINE SYMPOSIUM (VDEWS) also founded by François Mauss.
